The case found that for more than two and a half years, a clergyman had been sending pornographic articles to people on social media from a personal account that displayed genitalia in an open and detailed manner.
According to the court, A. Budrius sent this material to more than 60 people.
This court ruling can be appealed to the Šiauliai Regional Court within 20 days.
