Another construction has started in Baltupiai: houses with 106 apartments will be built in the first stage

“We received a building permit for four apartment buildings, whose design and adjustment procedures we started about a year ago. Later, when there was the opportunity to acquire a plot next to the already planned project, we decided to expand the Jomanto Park apartment complex with another small house; we are still waiting for a building permit for this part of the project, ”says Rūta Grucienė, director of the Galio Group residential project.

The “Jomanto Parkas” residential project will consist of five apartment houses, which will be equipped with a total of 236 apartments: 1-5 rooms, 27-99 square meters M. m area. The construction of the Jomantas Park will be carried out in three stages. The works of the first stage have already begun; During them, 106 apartments will be built in two houses of energy class A + and the underground storage of cars for the entire complex. The completion of the first construction phase is scheduled for next summer. Prices for the apartments at this stage of the project start from 1,721 euros per 1 km2. meter.

According to R. Grucienė, currently the interest of residents in the “Parque Jomanto” apartments is optimistic: 45 percent have already been sold. Departments First stage.
