At that time, as the defendant himself admitted, he had gone to Šiauliai for walks and riding, but, as he pointed out, he did not get out of the car in Šiauliai and did not communicate with other people.

Witnesses saw a neighbor with COVID-19 drive and then return home. He saw the man leave the house not only on October 10, but also on October 11, October 12. People saw a sick Kelmiškis in the courtyard of an apartment building without a medical mask. Witnesses said they saw AZ lead the dog on October 10.

Defendant AZ, without agreeing to the imposition of a sentence by a criminal court order, has the right, within 14 days from the date of service of the criminal order, to submit a request to the court for a hold a court hearing. An effective criminal court order cannot be appealed.
