Nemanja Nedovičius gave an extraordinary solo performance, but even that was little for the Panathinaikos club of Athens (5-10) to win in Tel Aviv.

A Greek club led by the Serbs after a moody fight 81:89 (12:21, 18:20, 22:18, 29:30) recognized the advantage of Maccabi (7-9).
The hosts fled forward in the first part of the match (35:19), but Nedovičius, who arrived after the break, brought Pao closer to Maccabi even before the decisive stage – 52:59.

Wilbekin, who was the most productive player in the ranks, scored 22 points (4/5 doubles, 4/8 trit., 2/2 penalties) in 25 minutes, had 4 assists and scored 17 utility points.
