The possibility of organizing a judicial hearing is physically evaluated on an individual basis, taking into account the circumstances of each case ”, states the ministry’s report issued this Wednesday.
The work of judges, judicial staff and visitor services should be organized remotely, except when the relevant functions must be performed at the workplace.
SAM emphasizes that a minimum distance of 2 meters must be ensured when attending to visitors on the fields, if several employees work in the offices, they must wear masks. The same requirements apply during meetings, it is necessary to ensure disinfection and ventilation of the premises.
