The Fall Cup “Battle” BasketNews.lt, which took place from 7 September to 14 December, in which David triumphed after a fierce battle, ended on Monday night.

David scored a total of 446 points and outscored Arnis in second place with 363 points. Third place was taken by Žilvinas D (353 points), fourth by KurWyte (299), and fifth by Mačiulis genij! (293).

It was in the golden stage that took place yesterday that a dogged fight broke out between David and Arnin. Before the start of the final round, David had an advantage of 53 points (356 vs 303), and in the golden stage, the points were tripled, so the maximum number of points could increase from 50 to 150.
In the decisive fourth quarter, Arninis came in second after the fifth question, while David came in fifth. Such a result would have been enough for Arninis to take first prize, but David, who had successfully completed the quarter, answered the remaining five questions, moved up to third place and thus maintained his leadership position.
The victorious David triumphed in the first, second and tenth weeks. The latter was extremely important as a silver round took place in which the credit points were doubled and allowed David to earn 100 points.
