Algirdas Stonaitis has been Chancellor of the outgoing Saulius Skvernelis government for the past three years. in the autumn he was elected a member of the new Seimas as one of the representatives of the peasantry.

I. Skarelyt, who became the head of the new prime minister’s office, previously served as rapporteur for his faction of the Lithuanian National Christian Democratic Union (TS-LKD) in the Seimas, and was also the assistant to the Seimas from the president of the TS-LKD.
