In Dvarčionys, on the corner of Keramikų and Dvarčionių streets, instead of the Keramikų street building marked with number 4, a new shopping center project is planned to be implemented. The project proposals indicate that it is planned to rebuild parts of Dvarčionių and Keramikų streets near the shopping center by installing sidewalks and lighting. There will also be pedestrian crossings with safety islands and directional lighting on Keramikų and Dvarčionių streets on the developed plot, an additional traffic lane will be installed to turn left at the projected traffic crossing.
The project proposals do not specify which retail store it will be, but based on the functional exterior solutions, it can be assumed that Maxima may be located in the building.
It is said that a pedestrian plaza with vegetation and benches will be formed in front of the supermarket entrance. On the east side, the parcel borders state land, where a path with benches is also being designed.
