M. Adomėnas studied classical philology at Vilnius University and is a PhD student in philosophy at Cambridge University. He delved into the politics of Sacartwell, Eastern Europe and China, and served as Vice Chairman of the Group on Parliamentary Relations with Taiwan.
According to DELFI, M. Adomėnas is the only one of the vice ministers selected by G. Landsbergis.
