KD announced that a pre-trial investigation was underway in accordance with article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania. 2 d. The pre-trial investigation is organized and controlled by the Organized Crime and Corruption Investigation Division of the Šiauliai Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
