With just over 6 minutes to go in the fourth quarter, Gargždai still held an 8-point lead (58:50), but Sūduva-Mantinga took the decisive lead.

Very soon T.Galeckas and E.Jezukevičius perfectly performed the combination two against two and weighed the result in favor of the Marijampolė club (64:63). In another attack, however, Eimantas Žilius scored a triple and, 1 minute later. 17 sec. At the end of the last quarter, he regained the lead against Gargždai – 66:64.
There were still 29.4 seconds left, T.Galeckas went unattended, scored three points and again weighed the result in favor of the team “Sūduva-Mantinga” – 67:66.
Chief Gargždai Coach Erikas Kubilius called for a minute of rest, but Oskaras Pleikius scored a free kick in attack and the ball went to Marijampolė’s team.
After this episode, T. Galeckas stopped issuing tickets, but lost both tickets. “Sūduva-Mantinga” managed to recover the ball in attack, but Žygimantas Šimonis registered the steps and in 11.6 seconds the ball passed to the guests.
M. Kumpys broke into the basket, made a pass to Eimantas Žilius, and scored easy points from under the basket and weighed the result in favor of “Gargždai” – 68:67. Still, even this episode was not the end of the night.
Justas Nausėdas immediately departed using her ability to pressure her opponents. The forward hit a free kick and tied (68:68). Gargždai’s team no longer had a chance to make a decisive shot and the duel went into extra time.
E.Jezukevičius, who played the most productive match of the season, performed better on the Sūduva-Mantinga team.
