Upon arrival, the police found a sleeping couple, a man and a woman, in the back seat of a Peugeot. There was nothing in the driver’s seat. It is possible that the driver who eventually parked the car shifted to the back and fell asleep with the sleeping lady.
Her police were unable to wake her. Obviously, the doctors tried to wake the drunk woman, but to no avail. An overproliferated drunk woman probably intoxicated by alcohol had to be taken to the hospital.

And here the man woke up and refused to control drunkenness, the Belarusian was taken out by the police. He faces criminal prosecution for refusing to blow into the alcohol meter and the man is likely to be arrested. It explains who was driving.
A Peugeot with a Belarusian registration can have a Belarusian citizen taken to hospital. She did not have any documents with her.
It looks like the couple were celebrating their birthday in a stormy way – a cake and a bottle of beer were found in the car. The car was taken to a parking lot guarded by the police.
At least nobody’s cars are slightly damaged.
