Certainly, the pandemic and the introduction of quarantine have contributed to this growth, which has encouraged many of us to take advantage of the possibilities of the various services provided remotely and to see their benefits and advantages, says Daiva Karaliūnienė, Director of Records Center Customer Service. – Most of the services provided by the Registration Center can be contracted by clients connected to the self-service system: here they can request the necessary extracts about their data processed in various registries (Real Estate, Legal Persons, Residents, etc.), submit requests , grant authorizations, modify your or the data of the supervised entity, and finally know the results of your COVID-19 test in the eHealth system.

The total amount of electronic services of the Registry Center this year, compared to the same period last year, has increased more than 1.5 times: this year a total of 360 thousand orders were ordered in the self-service system. a wide range of electronic services. 2019 in the same period, about 230 thousand of them were granted, in 2018 – 190 thousand.

The most popular services are personal data reports and real estate statements.

These declarations are usually necessary for other state or municipal institutions, as well as for real estate purchase and sale transactions or simply when people want to have information about the properties they manage. This year, around 65,000 extracts of this type were ordered. and that’s as much as 60 percent. more than was ordered in 2019.
