It is made up of the president of the Seimas Viktorija Čmilytė-Nielsen and his six deputies.

This is the first Conservative MP Jurgis Razma, the vice-presidents of the Seimas, members of the ruling faction of the Lithuanian National Union-Christian Democrats (TS-LKD) Radvilė Morkūnaitė-Mikulėnienė and Paulius Saudargas and another member of the ruling Liberty faction, Vytautas Mitalas.

The opposition of the Seimas is represented on the Board by the vice-president of the Seimas “employee” Andrius Mazuronis and the social democrat Julius Sabatauskas.

The largest opposition faction in the Seimas, the Lithuanian Union of Greens and Peasants, will have no representatives on the Seimas Board. Aušrinė Norkienė, a “peasant” proposed by this faction, did not get enough votes and did not become the vice president of the Seimas.

89 members of the Seimas voted in favor of the approving resolution of the Seimas Board, 3 against and 9 deputies abstained.
