The Police Department stated that during the inspection it was established that D. Žukauskas’s personal qualities, behavior and relationships with certain persons raise reasonable doubts about their trustworthiness.
In another case, Mr. Žukauskas appealed against the decisions regarding the evaluation of his performance in Tenerife – he requested the annulment of the conclusion of the Immunity Board of the Police Department and the order of the General Commissioner that he had demoted the official.
