According to the police, the incident on Liepojos Street occurred around 7:45 p.m., a soldier born in 1978 and a minor born in 2013 were affected.

According to a military report, the soldiers provided first aid and called an ambulance for the disaster victims.
Police said the victims of the injuries were hospitalized. According to the military, their lives are not in danger.
