Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses adopted by parliament this week have doubled the fines for infractions of the Noise Management Law since January.

Non-compliance or non-compliance with the laws governing noise management will result in a fine of between € 100 and € 600, instead of the current € 50-300.
