6.8.19.2. On rural roads of 7-8 m;

6.8.19.3. On main roads of 8-9 m (without additional lane (emergency)).

Where is the problem?

Saulius Jansonas, a representative of the Division of International and Public Relations of the Lithuanian Highway Administration (LAKD), presented his arguments as follows:

“After evaluating the performance aspects of VGMS (sector meters) and to use the funds economically, it was decided to establish the same requirements for all the speed control systems purchased in the procurement documents, regardless of the importance of the road.
