Although there is a myth that it is impossible to cook delicious Eggs Benedict at home, I contradict it with my example: it is possible. And for nothing! ”.
Simon recalls that egg dishes were very popular in childhood, and spicy salad sandwiches were his most delicious snack: “All my life I put a spicy salad on a slice of bread or a loaf. I remember there were difficulties spreading butter and these salads were very easy. I have forgotten this recipe for many years, perhaps because it is not a healthy dish. Recalling his childhood in the kitchen, Simon associates it with his favorite gogel mogel dessert: “Probably a lot of people know this sweet, I have even tried to prepare it for my children. Spicy salad
Will need:
• 4 eggs
• 100 grams of fermented cheese
• 2 cloves of garlic
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of pepper
• 2 years tablespoons of your favorite mayonnaise
Cooking process:
Finely chop the garlic and hard-boiled eggs. Grate the fermented cheese with a beet grater. Put everything in a bowl and put your favorite mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.

Will need:
Base:
• 2 slices of favorite bread
• 1 year tablespoon of white wine vinegar
• 2 eggs
For the sauce:
• 2 a. teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 2 a. teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3 egg yolks
• 125 g of butter
Cooking process:
Start preparing the sauce first. Put the egg yolks in a bowl, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and white wine vinegar. Beat everything until you get a slightly foamy dough. Place a bowl of egg yolks over the simmering steam. Divide the butter into several pieces and add them to the yolk mass, stirring one by one. Stir until the dough is solid and thick. If you notice lumps forming on the surface and the texture is no longer smooth, remove the container from the heat and stir vigorously for a few more minutes. Spice with salt and pepper. Keep the resulting sauce hot until you prepare the eggs.
Start preparing the eggs: bring a small pot of water to a boil and add two tablespoons of white wine vinegar. Reduce the heat so that the water is just bubbling. Then take a spoon and stir the water with it so that a small vortex forms in the middle. Take out the spoon and slowly and carefully add the eggs without the shell one by one while the vortex is still visible in the water. Cook for about 4 minutes; the egg yolks will be covered with a white film and the inside will remain liquid.
Lightly toast your favorite bread. You can add the desired additives, for example: lettuce leaves, peppers, ham, salmon, mushrooms, etc. Then place the boiled egg without the shell and cover with the sauce.

Will need:
• 570 ml of milk or cream
• 6 large egg yolks
• 50 g caster sugar
• 1 a. teaspoon cornstarch
• 1 a. teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking process:
Pour the milk (or cream) into the pot and simmer, stirring constantly. Please note that milk or cream must not be boiled. While the milk is heating, add the egg yolks, sugar, starch, and vanilla to another bowl. Beat everything well and add the hot milk while stirring. When all the products are well mixed, pour all the sauce back into the pot. Heat over low heat and stir constantly. Just before boiling time, the promise will turn thick and solid. If you accidentally boil the sauce and it becomes grainy, don’t be afraid. Simply remove the pot from the heat and beat the cream until smooth. Finally, place the cream in a bowl, cover and let cool.
