The Polish Lithuanian Election Campaign-Krikionik eim sjunga (LLRA-KS) appealed to President Gitan Nausd and the Seimas regarding possible violations of the Seimas elections, and asked to destroy the results in a constituency of several members and a single member.

We will appeal for the multi-member constituency and Paneri-Grigiki by two points, BNS party leader Valdemar Tomaevsky said Tuesday.

The Seimas Elections Law provides that the president and the Seimas may, within 48 hours, submit an application to the Constitutional Court regarding a violation of the Seimas Elections Law. you are assessing whether violations have been committed. If it is established that the violations were serious and had a significant impact on the election results, the Seimas will make the decision on the cancellation of the results or the determination of the final results.

In mid-October, the LLRA-KS asked the Government Electoral Commission (CEC) to declare the results of the Seimas elections in a multi-member constituency invalid.

Later, the party also appealed to the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania (SACL) to declare the elections to the Seimas in the Paneri-Grigiki electoral district invalid.

The SACL does not accept the complaint because, as stated, it examines complaints only against such CEC decisions, which are adopted before the end of the vote, and the election results are appealed in another way.

The court did not admit because there are still many loopholes in the stakes, which is a problem, said the LLRA-KS leader.

The party describes the violation of the electoral procedure as a campaign carried out by the public figure, the leader Andrius Tapinas, aimed at preventing the LLRA-KS from reaching the Seimas.

It is obvious that there were a series of violations (…) It is obvious that this has a decisive impact on the electoral results, said V. Tomaevskis.

He said he would receive a response from the President that a decision was awaited from the CEC.

A. Tapinas announced the All Sure, Voldemortai campaign on Facebook near the Seimas elections, urging her to actively participate in the Seimas elections, because the LLRA-KS vote percentage indicated the account that could be used to support the campaign by transferring money .

He later announced on Facebook that he had raised a total of 15,000 euros. 300,000 copies of the publication Is it okay, Valdemara? printing jobs cost 5,000 euros, electoral observation fuel and transportation costs 1,200 euros.

LLRA-KS obtained 4.82% of the vote during the Seimas elections and did not enter the Seimas in a multi-member constituency without transferring 5%. Three candidates from this party were elected from single-member districts.
