“Above all there will be pragmatic support, looking at the names of the parties. Analyze which candidates are there and support the candidates, etc.,” he said.
But the Labor Party promises to support the peasant candidates.
“I believe that where there are conservatives and peasants, there will be such an opinion especially to support the peasants. And where else do we have to look at the candidates, ”the politician commented on the Labor Party’s decision.
V. Uspaskich stated that if a representative of the Conservatives and Liberals meets in a single member, the Labor Party will express its support after evaluating the staff.
When asked if he would focus on the center left, supporting the candidates of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party (LSDP), V. Uspaskich denied this, as he would not support all the candidates of the Social Democrats.
“It just came to our knowledge then. (…) It is given mainly to the departments to decide for themselves,” he said.
The politician said that he asked the party to interfere in these processes as little as possible.
