He said that the party’s performance in the elections was considered a good start for future actions and said that a different outcome could not be expected due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“We were formed just before the elections, in March, and there was a coronavirus situation all the time we were able to work,” said the party president.
“When we created the party, we already had to accept that, realizing that the new formation is a great risk. We did not create the party to ensure a bright future, ”said RJDagys.
After counting the votes in 1,773 constituencies beginning in 1989, the Christian Union got 0.77 percent. voter support.
According to preliminary data, RJDagys, a single-member candidate in the Šilainiai constituency, is sixth at 6 percent. voters’ votes.
RJDagys has served in parliament for six terms, since 1992, he was not elected to parliament in 2000-2004.
