The creators of the new vegetable grinder set themselves the goal of creating an attractive, healthier and more environmentally friendly dish that would appeal to even meat lovers. The main ingredient in malt is soy protein, so you will reduce meat consumption and expand the offer of dishes for vegetarians.
And because it is not inferior to traditional burgers in terms of taste and competes with beef in both structure and nutritional value, the first few guests had a chance to see for themselves. Rolandas Mackevičius challenged them: they invited volunteers to taste the new vegetable and the usual hamburgers made with beef and recognize which one they eat. It turns out that the task is no longer so easy.
