According to R. Karbauskis, information was received that the head of LSDP G. Paluckas says that a possible coalition with the LVŽS is being discussed and negotiated after the Seimas elections.
“I have to say that it is a lie. Never in three years has G. Paluck talked to us – not with me, with S. Skvernelis, with any other representative of our coalition in the party, etc. – about possible coalitions. Never ”, assured the leader of the“ peasants ”.

According to R. Karbauskis, looking at the behavior of the LSDP faction in the Seimas, it is quite obvious that the Social Democrats are alongside the Conservatives.
“If we could talk today about whether we would separate the Social Democrats in the Seimas from the Conservatives, they would not separate us because they vote all the time the same way, all the time against our decisions, acting as a political force, just different parties “, said. he.
R. Karbauskis explained that the project of a new coalition between the LSDP and the Lithuanian National Christian Democratic Union is already being prepared.
“It just came to our knowledge then. It was created three years ago when he tried to withdraw the entire faction of the coalition in the Seimas. Because in that case there would be early elections and in that case there would have already been other coalitions. That was the project then. Conservatives attended. Of course, the former president Dalia Grybauskaitė, as well as G. Paluckas. But I remain convinced that the party did not know anything about it then, as it does not know now, “said R. There is still nothing to negotiate
Paluck ironized that he was very pleased that among things as serious as the purchase of the COVID-19 vaccine were rumors, reasoning or issues discussed by the rulers themselves regarding the LSDP.

I have said many times that we will not negotiate or carry out any negotiations with anyone, we will not conclude any non-aggression pact for a simple reason: neither I, Mr R. Karbauskis nor Mr Gabrielius Landsbergis have anything until 11 October. We have nothing to negotiate, because no one has a mandate from a member of the Seimas for the new term. And we will be able to talk to anyone and anything only after October 11, and more precisely, after October 25 ”, said the leader of the Socdems.
