“Although the real estate market (RE) is experiencing a period of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 virus and the ongoing quarantine, we have no doubts about the success of the Namų-Kintai project. According to new apartment sales statistics from last year, Šnipiškės was the leader of the district: 14% of all new apartments were sold here, and the demand was even higher than the new offer from real estate developers. The appeal of the district will not disappear anywhere and will only be strengthened because so much real estate developers like Vilnius municipality investments transform wasteland, ”the report quotes Rūta Grucienė, director of the Galio Group residential project (former MMM projektai).

According to her, the construction of the Namai-Kintai project will be carried out in parallel with the Vilnius municipality brownfield project between Kintų and Giedraičių streets, where a public space will be created, as well as with the reconstructions of Giedraičių, Kernavės and Daugėliškio.

The company claims that it has made it possible for customers to pay the initial contribution not immediately by signing a preliminary purchase agreement, but in installments.

“We have received many requests about being able to pay the down payment in installments over a longer period of time. Residents experience the same sense of uncertainty as businesses, feel anxious, and some residents are reluctant to spend large sums of money. Therefore, we decided to provide the opportunity to pay the initial payment in installments monthly until the end of the construction of the project. We are a financially stable and reliable development company, so we try to take into account the problems of our clients and we are and we will be flexible in the future ”, says R. Grucienė.
