Traditionally, during the summer season, the opening hours of some Maxima stores have been extended for the convenience of customers. According to Ernita Dapkienė, director of Maxima’s Communication and Image Department, as the days get shorter, so does the flow of customers late at night.

“When planning the store opening hours, we have also taken into account the current situation, where both our employees and our customers have to comply with more stringent safety regulations and requirements. We also evaluated and analyzed the distribution of customer flows so that everyone could comfortably plan their purchases, ”says E. Dapkienė.
Of almost a hundred and a half Maxima stores operating in Lithuania, as of October 1. 36 working hours are changed.
Two Maxima XXX format stores in Vilnius and Klaipėda and 28 Maxima XX format stores in Lithuania will operate with the new hours: in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Alytus, Druskininkai, Gargždai, Ignalina, Jonava, Joniškis, Jurbarkas, Kėdainiai, Mažeikiai, Molėtai, Palanga, Plungė, Radviliškis, Raseiniai, Rokiškis, Tauragė, Ukmergė. At other times, six Maxima X stores will be open in Ignalina, Palanga, Ukmergė, Vilnius and Zarasai.
