The weather will change little on Tuesday. At night the sky will be completely clear, the southwest wind will subside. The most humid places will again favor the formation of fog. The night will be a bit warmer: the temperature will drop to 7-10 degrees in many places and stay at 12-14 degrees on the seashore. Only in the sand dunes of southern Lithuania and some parts of Samogitia will the weather cool to 4-6 degrees, but the probability of frost seems low.
Sunny and dry weather will prevail on Tuesday. The moderate winds will gradually rotate from the south and dissipate even more heat. Thermometers will show around 20 degrees when served on the beach, 20-22 degrees will prevail in northern areas, and the air will warm to 23 or 24 degrees in southern areas.
On Wednesday, on the western edge of the anticyclone, very warm and still dry air continues to enter our region. No rains are expected overnight or during the day. The wind will blow from the south, southeast, medium force. The night will be quite mild, with a heat of around 7 to 12 degrees, at Curonian Spit it will cool to 13 to 15 degrees. The forecast for the day is already quite summer heat, even 20-25 degrees.
The weather promises to change on Thursday. An Atlantic cyclone is expected to settle over southern Norway, which will begin to protect our country from clouds and rain. At night the clouds will increase, but it can only rain on the seashore. The cloudy night will be warm, around 9-14, on the seashore around 15 degrees.
During the day, an atmospheric front will float across our land, with many places touched briefly and thunderstorms likely. The wind will blow from the southeast, south, medium force. Temperatures in the western regions will reach 19-21 degrees Celsius, while in the eastern part of the country they will rise to 22-24 degrees.
On Friday, both night and day, short rains are expected in many parts of the country. The wind will continue south, still weak. The temperature will fluctuate between 10 and 15 degrees during the night, and during the day the air should warm up to 18 to 23 degrees.
Slightly drier, quite windy and still warm weather is forecast for the weekend.
