It turns out that the owner of the apartment broke his windows more than once. It is said that a citizen in an unstable state of mind makes noise when he gets drunk. Police are investigating whether the occupant of the apartment that sometimes exploded was not the cause of the explosion. Witnesses say he left the ruined balcony immediately after the blast and demanded that his keys be found.
Gas emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene of the incident. It was some time before it was determined that there were no more gas leaks or a second explosion. While the gas workers were working, the police urged all onlookers to retreat as far as possible. About 30 people were evacuated. Rescuers approached the windows of each apartment by elevator in about an hour, knocking and urging residents to leave the house. Some elderly people with walking difficulties had to help. The elderly were not injured in the explosion, just probably very scared.
Almost two hours later, traffic resumed.
