According to the woman, although it sometimes seems that focusing on nutrition takes a long time, this is not true. Of course, it is always important to read the labels of the products and give preference to those with less sugar, salt, saturated fats, without sweeteners, pay attention to the fiber content. Also plan a shopping cart that includes seasonal vegetables and fruits, yogurt, seed bread to keep the diet balanced.

“I try to make sure I have the right ingredients on hand so I can make sandwiches. I make a list of products and make shopping a game with my daughter. In this way, we can discuss why I prefer one or the other product, what we will prepare with it and, at the same time, develop their eating habits, ”says S. Šveikauskaitė.

So one of the simplest snacks, according to a woman when she is suddenly hungry or lacks energy: the snacks. They are easy to make, the bread that forms the base of them provides satiety, accentuates the flavor and replenishes the body with minerals, vitamins and fiber.

“I love bread very much and there is not a day that I don’t eat at least slices. Especially delicious “Exhaust” bread, which contains only natural products. I also like to improvise and make sandwiches: I grilled 7 grain bread with Greek yogurt, tuna, quail eggs or a slice of avocado, and what an unexpected accent, even with pickled stumps, ”says the woman.
