Conservative Gabrielius Landsbergis, leader of the Seimas opposition, said on Tuesday that the Seimas fall session will aim to toughen the resolution adopted in mid-August on the presidential elections in Belarus. The Conservative leader is convinced that Seimas must continue to demonstrate its leadership on the situation in Belarus.
Mr. Landsbergis states that the resolution will declare that Lithuania not only does not recognize Mr. Lukashenko’s newly elected president, but also does not recognize the international agreements he is concluding.
