The convict pleaded guilty. He explained that he found a company promoting their products on the YouTube platform. Falsely introducing himself to Vaidotas Grincevičius – Whydotu wrote an email to the director of the company and offered to advertise the company’s products on Vaidotas Grincevičius’ YouTube account. They verbally agreed on the terms and price of advertising the products and, after payment and delivery of the products, communication was interrupted.
The criminal case was processed through a simplified procedure. When imposing the type and amount of the penalty, the court took into account the personality of the accused, that is, the fact that he had not been convicted in the past, that he had committed a criminal offense, that he had voluntarily compensated the damage and regretted it.
The convicted person paid the fine imposed by the court before the day the criminal court order entered into force.
