Approximately at 5 pm 15 minutes. In Vilnius, Upės St., police officers stopped E. Dragūnas’ Bentley car because they noticed that the man was using a mobile phone while driving.

To get Sela out of the car, the officers had to use special means: a gas cylinder and then handcuffs.

“As the driver did not comply with the legal demands of the policemen and before the arrest with his hands and feet, he dealt several blows to the policemen, the man was arrested. A pre-trial investigation has been initiated pursuant to Article 286 of the CC of the Republic of Lithuania ”, the summary submitted by the Police Department

On Monday, readers and witnesses to the incident sent a video to the Delfi newsroom, clearly showing Selo’s conflict with the police.

It was only with the use of a gas cylinder, and later with handcuffs, that the officers finally managed to get the artist out of the cabin of the luxury car.

Egidijus Dragūnas himself did not give the officials instructions as can be predicted from the video. The video shows police officers standing behind a stopped Bentley.

Two police officers try to get someone behind the wheel of a car out of the cab. The latter is unlikely to obey. Then one of the officers takes out a gas cylinder and sprays it in the cabin of the car.

A second police officer attempts to unload the driver by sitting in the passenger seat in front of the car. Later, it is seen how the person sitting in the car tries to warn the police.

Only after the gas attack is the person removed from the car. He is clearly opposed to the police officers, which is why they then handcuff him.
