According to the assessment of the Klaipėda District Court, the serious alleged violation of the former production manager is based solely on assumptions and conjectures, and not on objective evidence. The company claimed that, with the message from Mr Garal, the raw material had in fact been purchased for a long time at a price lower than that indicated in the invoices and therefore deliberately caused extremely serious damage to the company.

In addition, Grigeo Klaipėda seeks to pay 2.7 million to former manager Vidas Beržonskis and J. Garalis and others through the courts. euro damage.

According to Grigeo Klaipėda, V. Beržonskis and the former CEO of Algol Chemicals Vaidotas Kizelevičius concluded a starch supply plan, thereby seeking ownership benefits for ChemTrade LT and its Irish subsidiary Sago Industries Limited.

According to Grigeo Klaipėda, the cheapest starch was supplied by decision of J. Garalis.

Grigeo Klaipėda claims that the decisions whereby part of the untreated wastewater entered Klaipėda Water’s wastewater networks were made when V. Beržonskis was the director of the company and J. Garalis the production manager.
