Since the Employment Service started accepting change requests for self-employment support on Monday, a total of € 4 million has been allocated. The amount of Eur was removed in a record time of 25 minutes.
The Office reports that some 760 applications, amounting to EUR 5.09 million, were received on time.
According to the head of the service Inga Balnanosiens, the beneficiaries were very active and well prepared.
The beneficiaries of the aid will have 12 months to carry out the specified economic activities, create jobs and acquire the specified measures in accordance with the public procurement rules. Activities will be monitored, I. Balnanosien said in the report.
Those who change their economic activity can expect a payment of up to 6,980 euros, they must carry out the activity for at least one year and save the job for which they were granted state support, and create the conditions for the Employment Service to inspect them.
