For men around 9 p.m. 30 minutes. Police in the capital echoed on Twitter after local time (10:30 a.m., Lithuania) attempted to enter the bank’s branch at a luxury bank in the western part of central Berlin.

When the attack failed, the criminals set their car on fire and fled.

A bank security guard was wounded during the confrontation and was later taken to the hospital, police said.

It is still unclear whether the attackers managed to steal something.

The same bank was attacked in mid-June. At that time, the thieves attacked the collector’s car and reportedly fled with around half a million euros.

Five days before Tuesday’s attack, a similar attempt was made to rob a bank branch in Noikeln, another district in central Berlin.

On Friday, 12 people were injured when robbers broke into a bank branch and sprayed a pepper spray in the air. However, the thieves did not collect anything.

Police said they were investigating a possible link between the three incidents.
