Emilija Bardauskienė, Regitra’s communication specialist, emphasizes that people who submitted a vehicle registration application in the electronic vehicle registration system and that was approved before July 1 were not subject to the registration fee. However, the 28-minute puzzle didn’t help solve that answer.
