According to him, cooperation is essential, but he did not rule out the possibility that it would be necessary to talk about financing issues, although R. Rutėnas did not mention this as a fundamental problem.

Artūras Palekas, head of the road maintenance and quality control company Problematika, says the company could proactively monitor the quality of municipal roads.
“We can really contribute to preventive control, make suggestions, provide recommendations on how to implement everything so that everything is fluid in the process and the quality and expectations of the population are met,” A. Palekas told reporters.
“This would not necessarily mean expanding the company’s functions, but the opportunity to use our experience to ensure better road maintenance and construction control in the municipalities,” he added.
