Defendant Ignas N. did not deny in court that while intoxicated, M.S.D. The accused admitted to realizing that his aggressive and arrogant behavior had caused outrage among those who had detained him at the scene.
Victim M.S.D. He confirmed at the hearing that he had experienced emotional stress and experiences after the incident and that he was unable to provide transportation services for a week.
During the pre-trial investigation, victim M.S.D. Ignas N. filed a civil action for damages for an amount of 3 312.49 euros, the defendant Ignas N. paid all the damages and they were resolved.
The court stated that “after evaluating the defendant’s behavior after the commission of the crime, the data that characterizes his personality, the nature of the crime, it is reasonable to assume that Ignas N. will not commit new crimes in the future.”
The sentence may be appealed to the Kaunas Regional Court within twenty days from the date of its pronouncement by filing an appeal with the Kaunas Chamber of the Kaunas District Court.
