The dead were between 50 and 89 years old.
Five of the deceased belonged to the age group of 80 to 89 years, four to the age group of 70 to 79 years and one to the age group of 50 to 59 years. All of these people died in hospitals.
A total of 3,770 people died of COVID-19 in Lithuania. 7639 deaths have been linked to this infectious disease, directly and indirectly.
A total of 5 people under the age of 30 died in Lithuania. Most of the deaths were in the 80 to 89 age group.
