The Associated Press reported that US investigating authorities are investigating a suspect in the previous day’s explosion in Nashville, Tennessee, on the 26th (local time).

According to the AP, two law enforcement officers said today that federal investigators identified a suspect in the Nashville blast and were searching the home associated with the person.

In this regard, FBI special investigator Jason Pack said that several investigators from federal and local agencies had obtained information related to the investigation from his home in Antioch, a suburb of Nashville.

Another official who requested anonymity said investigators considered the person they were looking for in the house a suspect in the blast.

CBS broadcast citing anonymous officials and reported that 63-year-old Anthony Quinn Warner, who lives in Nashville, was a suspect associated with the blast.

Warner had a recreational car similar to the one identified at the scene of the blast, CBS said.

The 2019 Google Street View house image shows what appears to be a white recreational car in the driveway, Reuters reported.

Neighbors told local television that the car had been parked for years but is now gone, Reuters added.

The Washington Post also reported that an old online photo taken at home shows a brightly colored pleasure car parked in the backyard similar to the one that exploded the day before. But sources said investigators were still tracking down many leads and evidence, WP added.

Officials declined to confirm the suspect, saying: “At this point, we are not ready to confirm even one suspect,” Reuters said.

An FBI spokesperson said: “We will examine the evidence and everything recovered from the residence and see how it fits into the investigation.”

FBI Memphis Special Investigator Douglas Coneskey said today at a news conference that he is looking for more than 500 leads and investigating many people who may have been related to the blast.

He said that 250 investigating agents, analysts and FBI personnel have advanced in the search for people or people who installed explosives in vehicles.

The investigation team, he explained, is examining to find out who did this and why.

Additionally, officials said they had not found any additional explosive devices.

Reuters said today that dozens of agents from the FBI and the Liquor, Tobacco, Fire and Explosives Control Agency (BATFE) investigated the site of the blast.

Separately, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) said that a tissue sample found at the site the day before was identified as human remains.

A parked RV exploded in downtown Nashville early in the morning on Christmas Eve. The remains were found at the scene and three people were taken to the hospital.

Firefighters said the three were hospitalized with relatively minor injuries and were in stable condition, Reuters said.

Authorities are investigating that there is a high possibility of an explosion due to deliberate actions rather than a simple accident.
