In this context, the “only” opinion on which the whole is focused is, of course, the Democratic leadership.
Supporters of the Democratic Party fell into the pro-moon’s guard. It is Cheong Wa Dae’s petition system that further fuels this. The participatory democracy that President Roh Moo-hyun dreamed of ended in this government as a people’s democracy. Professor Choi Jang-jip diagnosed that the Democratic Party fell into “popularism.” However, none of the members of the Democratic Party understand what this means. Recently, the level of criticism of party members has decreased significantly. Ignorant, they firmly confuse their populism with participatory democracy. So there will be many things to vote for in the future.
A sentence was added to the Party Constitution with overwhelming approval. “However, it can be decided differently by the vote of the former party member.” With this word, the non-nomination clause that precedes it is effectively abolished.
