In this regard, Vice Premier Hong said: “To establish a fair order and stabilize the real estate market, we will strengthen tax investigations and crackdown on illegal activities with the will to pursue market disruptions such as timely gifts and illegal subscriptions during all year”. Said.

At the meeting, the trend of public maintenance projects such as public remodeling and public reconstruction was also checked.

In the case of public redevelopment projects, a total of 70 applications were applied, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government deliberated on candidate sites for pilot projects in 12 districts and selected 8 districts as candidates for pilot public redevelopment projects. The four areas that were not selected this time will be reviewed by the next selection committee, and 56 areas that are located in unrepaired areas and are not included in this deliberation plan to announce the results of the selection in March.

In addition, Reconstrucción Pública will respond today with the results of the pre-consultation for 7 of the 15 complexes that have requested pre-consultation.

Vice Premier Hong stressed that “as the government is planning to take all necessary measures so that the stability of the housing market becomes visible, as the national housing stability is the most urgent public welfare task.”
