After the event, the participants walked from the house where Jeon Tae-il lived to Cheongok High School (currently Myeongdeok Elementary School) where Jeon Tae-il attended, following in the footsteps of enthusiasm.
Jeon Tae-il’s friends collected more than 430 million won through citizen fundraisers over the past year and eight months, and purchased the house where Jeon Tae-il lived as a child in October. About 3,000 people between artists and citizens participated in the donation.
This house is expected to be reborn as a Jeon Tae-il Memorial Hall after the remodel.
