If the Ministry of Information and Communication accepts the 500 million won standard, it may face criticism that there is no proper principle in a situation where a feasibility debate arises over the 300 million won standard.
Local governments also opposed the policy of reducing property taxes for a home and house. The Democratic Party leadership pushed for a property tax reduction for houses with a public price of “less than 900 million won,” but the head of the local government, concerned about the reduction in tax revenue, complained to the leadership through some ruling party legislators.
