Seoul City Citizen Health Bureau Director Park Yoo-mi made this statement at the ‘Regular Crown Briefing 19’ on Day 1. Director Park said, “Since most stores of convenience correspond to general restaurants or restaurants of rest, is prohibited to eat in the stores of convenience or in tables outdoors after 9 at night “.

It is reported that the Seoul Metropolitan Government sent an official document of cooperation with the central offices affiliated with the convenience stores regarding the order to restrict the assembly of the convenience stores. On-site inspection is also planned.

As of the 30th of last month, eating and drinking in general restaurants, break restaurants, including convenience stores and bakeries is prohibited after 9 pm, and only packing and delivery is allowed. Franchise-type coffee shops only allow packing and delivery throughout the day.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government will also issue an administrative order to compulsorily complete the passenger list for the ‘short-term chartered bus’ from the 3rd day. Short-term contract chartered buses such as sightseeing, assembly and one-time events, where it is difficult to specify users. It was decided to exclude regular chartered buses, such as commuter, school and school buses. The executive order remains in effect until stage 2 of social distancing is lifted.

Under this measure, chartered bus transportation companies are required to create and manage a charter bus passenger list through an electronic pass-through list (KI-PASS) or a handwritten list. Chartered bus users must also cooperate with the transportation service provider’s passenger list.

Violation of an administrative order can result in a fine of up to 3 million won according to the Infectious Disease Prevention Act. Reimbursement rights may be requested for quarantine costs, such as related corona tests, investigations and treatments.
