However, SK Innovation is still unable to acknowledge the ITC’s final opinion. Currently, SK Innovation has made a formal request to the White House in the United States to intervene in the final judgment of the ITC. The President of the United States, Joe Biden, can dismiss the decision of the ITC within 60 days if he considers that the purposes of public interest should be taken into account.
