The petition titled “I Request Impeachment Court Impeachment First Trial” was posted on the notice board of the Blue House National Petition on the 23rd, just after the trial for Professor Jeong’s first trial ended.

Before the petition was officially registered, some 100,000 people agreed in advance and received attention. Subsequently, the Blue House approved more than 200,000 consents, which is the standard for official responses, in one day, and the number of people who accepted the request at 12:30 pm on the 26th exceeded 330,000.

In this article, the petitioner said: “Today (23), the petition must be made by the legislature on behalf of the people, not by the Blue House and the administration directly, but the Blue House and the government are also responsible for the important task of ‘judicial reform’. I will publish a petition. ”

He continued, “I urge the three judges of the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Settlement, who are the judges who rendered the first court ruling, to propose impeachment at the level of the National Assembly representing the people.” “The reason is that the three judges is because it seriously violates Article 103 of the Constitution, which requires judgment of conscience.”

Likewise, “firstly, the prosecution registered all the documents related to the minor’s entrance examination in the mandatory investigation process and separate investigation on everything related to the former Minister of Justice Cho Kook and his family for political purposes, and ( through this) all the documents presented during the entrance examination were falsified. He said: “The three previous judges recognized and accepted all the statements of the prosecution.”

“As a result of today’s ruling, a person’s life was completely unfair. The judiciary, which did not traffic drugs and was generous when driving drunk and changing drivers, judged that all the admission documents that denied the life of a person were false, but the constitution really “I want to ask the judge if it is correct to judge according to the conscience of the scholar.”

The petitioner immediately requested Professor Chung to initiate an impeachment proposal against the three judges who sentenced him to prison, requesting that he introduce a jury system and legislate the judges to be elected instead of appointed.

Earlier on the 23rd, Part 25 of the Seoul Central District Court Criminal Settlement was found guilty of 11 of the 15 counts, including Prof. Jeong’s private equity investment, destruction, falsification, concealment of evidence, wrongdoing in entrance exams and false receipt of subsidies, and was sentenced to 4 years in prison. A fine of 500 million won and an additional fine of 140 million won was convicted and stopped by the court.
