As BTS’s agency Big Hit Entertainment’s subscription to a public offering will come a day early, interest is increasing.

The amount of shares real people will receive is keen on the possibility of it exceeding Kakao Games’ underwriting margin as it succeeds in forecasting demand for institutional investors, which was a breakthrough.

According to the financial investment industry on the 4th, if a 100 trillion won margin is made on underwriting the Big Hit general public offerings held on the 5th and 6th, individual investors are expected to receive only one week, even if they put in 100 million won.

Big Hit’s public offering price is 135,000 won and the number of public offering shares reaches 146,000 won. If the underwriting margin is 100 trillion won, the competition rate is 1.38 to 1.

Since the underwriting margin rate for general investors is 50%, it is the result of dividing twice (200 trillion won) of 100 trillion won by the public offering price and the number of public offering shares.

In this case, it is estimated that 70 million won is required to receive a share, which is half the offer price times the competitor’s fee.

Consequently, if you place 100 million won, you can receive 1.4 shares in the calculation. But actually, you can only get one week.

This is because public offering shares are subject to 5 companies and 6 shares within the limit of the number of shares that can be allocated. If it is 0.6 weeks or more, you will receive 1 week, but at 0.5 weeks you will not be able to receive 1 week.

If the minimum amount per week is less than 70 million won, you cannot receive a week. When 60 million won is paid, it is converted to 0.8 shares, but if the allocation amount is less than 1 week, 5 companies and 6 payments cannot be applied.

In the case of SK Biopharm, where the underwriting margin was 3 trillion out of 9 trillion won, individual investors who put in 100 million won received an average of 13 shares. In the case of Kakao Games, 5 shares were allocated at 100 million won, with 58 billion won.

Even if you put the same amount, you will receive less shares in the Big Hit subscription.

If Big Hit’s underwriting margin is 60 billion won, which is the Kakao Games level, if you pay 100 million won, you can get more shares than one share.

In this case, the competition rate drops to 623 to 1, and you can get 1 share for 42 million won. If you pay 100 million won, you will receive two weeks.

The balance of CMA, a securities account that can purchase financial products such as funds and equity-linked securities (ELS), has exceeded 63 trillion won for the first time. It is more than the day before the subscription to Kakao Games (60 billion KRW).

The investor’s deposit, which is the stock market reserve fund, is 54 trillion won, which is less than that of Kakao Games (60 trillion won).
