A 20-year-old drunk driving in Busan was caught by citizens while trying to flee after colliding with a customer at a stall following a pedestrian.

According to the police, on the 27th, around 4:26 am, a man in his twenties in front of the Korea Electric Power Corporation in Bujeon-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, was driving three people, including his passenger B, while driving a K3 car and hit two pedestrians. However, Mr. A tried to escape without stopping the vehicle, and in the process, 8 citizens sitting there were injured when they hit a nearby post. Mr. A ran another 70 meters and was caught by the citizens. When the police arrived at the scene, about 50 citizens were said to have been surrounded by the immobile K3 car. All 12 people were injured in the accident that day and 4 of them were taken to a nearby hospital, but none were found to be seriously injured.

According to the police, Mr. A and his group grabbed the wheel after drinking at a stand 120 meters near the crash site. At the time of the arrest, Mr. A explained that the blood alcohol concentration was at the level of license suspension. A police officer said: “Mr. A was arrested for violating the Road Traffic (Drinking and Driving) Law and the Greater Punishment Law for Certain Crimes, and is investigating the exact details of the accident. The remaining three who were there were also charged with aiding drunk driving and are under investigation. ”

At around 5:42 pm on the 14th, a Porsche car driven by a cannabis-smoking driver in Haeundae-gu, Busan, continued to flee after the first and second contact accidents, causing a collision seven times greater.
