Previously, three individuals whose samples were duplicated and were excluded from the list were identified.
Most of the confirmed foreigners are asymptomatic and their residence is Dongducheon, but the main living areas, such as workplaces, were found to be diverse, such as Yangju, Pocheon, Namyangju and Incheon.
Earlier on the 18th of last month, Dongducheon City sent a notice to churches and communities related to foreigners, recommending that they undergo the Corona 19 test.
However, it is not known how many foreigners registered in Dongducheon City have been tested at the Dongducheon City Public Health Center through screening clinics and temporary screening clinics.
The epidemiological relationship between the confirmed cases has not been confirmed, so there is concern about the spread of the local community.
Consequently, quarantine authorities are investigating the dynamics of the confirmed patients.
The quarantine authorities are conducting a basic epidemiological investigation by mobilizing 10 city hall employees who can speak English, and 15 epidemiological investigators will be employed at the central and Gyeonggi-do levels.
An official from Dongducheon City said: “There is nothing especially confirmed other than that there were many confirmed cases, mainly foreign ones.”
